Shelley and Carter are just the cutest thing and the way they look at each other is just precious!

After shooting all of Shelley's details, I walked into the room to all of the girls singing together and having fun on the couch! Wedding days are so exciting and I love to see how everyone celebrates. She popped open a bottle of champagne and they all started getting dressed. I got to see Shelley's gorgeous dress back in October but her girls were gonna get a first look! They were all lined up and when Shelley walked out they open their eyes and had the sweetest reactions! Her dress had a stunning dusty pink undertone and that was one of her favorite things about it. Her bridesmaids gathered around her to say a prayer over their marriage (cue the tears!) and afterwards we went out to take some photos.
The forals were amazinggg and since it was around Christmas time, there were lots of Christmas foliage in the bouquets and arrangements. They smelled so good too! The furs Shelley and her bridesmaids wore was one of my favorite touches.
When we arrived at the church, it was beautiful and the streets were decorated for Christmas! It was magical. Shelley and Carter had a beautiful ceremony filled with love, laughter and God - just as they are as a couple.
We finished up photos and made our way back to The Oaks at Salem for the reception. They shared their first dance, Carter danced with his sweet mama and Shelley danced with her three brothers! They cut their cake and danced for the rest of the evening. They had a sparkler grand exit and left on the back of a 40's Rolls Royce! Y'all, that was awesome.
